Associate Director, Finance Department – Carole Stock
Our Finance Department is the centre of our organisation and is responsible for ensuring the efficient financial management and financial controls necessary to support all business activities.
Carole runs our Finance Department and works diligently behind the scenes to keep everything ticking over, including accounts, credit control and payroll.
Finance Department – Paola Kemsley-Benson
Paola has worked at PiC for over 10 years, and works closely with Carole to ensure the smooth running of the Finance Department.
Paola is responsible for payroll and ensuring that our contractors across the UK, Europe and Globally are paid promptly from submitting their invoice.
Operations Manager – Emily Gardner
Emily has worked for PiC for over 5 Years and has recently headed up our Operations department.
Emily has introduced new processes within the business.

Our Accounts Department is managed by Carole Stock who has been with PiC for over 20 years and is ably supported by Paola Kemsley who has been with PiC for over 10 years.
Although we have a large number of contractors working through PiC both in the UK, Mainland Europe and Australasia, we ensure that our contractors are paid promptly from submitting their invoice regardless of when we receive funds.
Carole and Paola are on hand to offer that personal touch to our contractors and clients in equal measure.
We are completely financially independent and have operated a large contractor workforce for over 30 years.

Our Operations
Our Operations Team is here to ensure best practice and compliance across PiC and within our services. We work with Clients, Candidates and suppliers Globally. As a result we have put a structure in place that promotes effective and fast communication and action.
Operations is at the core of PiC, ensuring our processes are continually up to date by building good internal processes that lead to great data.
