Meet the Team

Joe joined PiC in Australia in the mid 1980s, and has been based in London since 1993. He has been involved in the recruitment and placement of Contract and Permanent personnel between Australasia, UK and Europe ever since. When not at PiC, Joe spends his time between London and the Lake District.

Outside of work, Mark is the father of three girls and sport plays a big part in his life, whether it’s Cricket, football, or the occasional game of tennis.

Carole has worked in the Finance Department at PiC for over 20 years, and we would be lost without her. When not at work Carole can be found, at a Rock Concert, watching a major sporting event or maybe even drinking a glass of prosecco.

Karen works within the Asset and Investment Management division and her background has always been IT Recruitment, she started back in the 1980s when Michael Jackson was a Structured Programming Language and it was called DP and not IT. When not at work, Karen loves to read, practise Yoga, go to the theatre and go on City breaks.

Paola has been at PiC for over 10 years, she is the Mother to three boys, and spends her time outside of PiC at weekend football matches with her sons or running the occasional Marathon or two.

Owner and Founder of StrategyFolk and Head of APAC at PiC. Christina loves home/furniture renovations and builds, garden designing and a decent home-made pork pie! Also, a fellow dog lover, you’ll find her stroking most dogs in her tracks.

In my spare time, I love hanging out with my family and our two rescue dogs. I love my Sports, and I’ve recently become obsessed with golf to my wife dismay. Let’s just say it’s a bit of a love-hate relationship! It’s a ridiculously frustrating sport, but I’m hooked. My goal is to one day break day 80, I fear it could just be an elusive dream!

As Head of Insurtech Recruitment at PiC, I help insurance companies modernise their operations, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experience by connecting them with top-tier talent in the Insurtech space.  

I specialise in searching and qualifying top talent and providing insights to support successful hiring decisions.
