Head of Product Position

This position can be based in Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne.

A fast-growing B2B fintech company is looking for a strategic, commercially-minded Head of Product Proposition to lead the product vision and shape the future of its platform. You will work at the intersection of market insight, customer needs, and business strategy, crafting and delivering compelling value propositions across trade finance, payments, and funding solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Define and lead the product proposition and roadmap to drive the company’s strategic direction

• Conduct research and gather insights to align offerings with market needs, ensuring the product evolves with the market

• Work closely with tech, sales, and leadership teams to bring new solutions to life, ensuring alignment with business objectives

• Build out scalable product strategies that fuel customer success and drive business growth

• Champion customer-first innovation, continuously improving product performance

What You Need

• 8+ years of experience in product leadership roles, ideally within fintech or B2B SaaS

• Strong understanding of trade finance, payments, or working capital solutions

• Strategic thinker with a commercial edge and a user-focused mindset

• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering results quickly

• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
