Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer (German-Speaking)
We’re hiring a German-speaking Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer to help build new features and enhance an existing Guidewire implementation for a Tier 1 international insurance company.
This is a fully remote role within Germany, working on a live, production-scale Guidewire environment that includes PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter. Right now, the focus is on developing new functionality—but in the near future, we’ll also be preparing for a cloud migration.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing and optimizing new features in Guidewire PolicyCenter
- Writing clean, efficient Gosu and Java code
- Enhancing system performance and troubleshooting issues
- Working on integrations via REST APIs
- Collaborating with teams across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter
- Contributing to the future cloud migration strategy
What You Need
- German proficiency (B2+ level) – you’ll work with local teams
- Experience developing with Guidewire PolicyCenter in a production environment
- Strong skills in Gosu, Java, and API integrations
- Knowledge of Guidewire BillingCenter & ClaimCenter (a plus)
- Familiarity with Agile development and DevOps tools
