Guidewire Developer or Business Analyst – Insurance Software Solutions (French-Speaking)

A major international consultancy is seeking a Business Analyst (BA) or Developer to work on a major Guidewire Jutro and ClaimCenter implementation in Canada.

This role requires fluency in French and experience with platforms similar to Guidewire (Guidewire experience is a plus). You will work on projects for leading insurance clients, helping to deliver software solutions, process optimisations, and system integrations.

What You’ll Be Doing

For Developers:

• Design, develop, and implement solutions on insurance software platforms
• Customise and configure software to meet client needs
• Work closely with business analysts and technical teams to integrate solutions

For Business Analysts:

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for insurance software solutions
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Assist in system configuration, testing, and deployment

What You Need

• Fluency in French (spoken and written)
• Experience working with P&C insurance software platforms (Guidewire experience is a plus)
• Relevant experience in software development (Java, Gosu, or similar) for developers
• Strong analytical and communication skills for BAs
• Ability to work remotely or in a hybrid setting within Canada
