Business Analyst – Pensions – NW England
An experienced Business Analyst with extensive Pensions knowledge is required to help support business change processes and transformation initiatives for the Pensions division of an International Life, Pensions and Wealth Management organisation.
You will work closely with project managers and the business leads to gather, document, and map business requirements, translate them into low-level requirements, and support testing and user acceptance.
Ideally you will have experience in customer service and operations processes, customer journey and process mapping, and be comfortable challenging and supporting all levels of the business.
Outside of the usual Business Analysis roles and functions, the main requirement for this role is a deep understanding of the UK pensions environment, including SIPPs and SSAS.
A background in Product, Operations, Compliance or Risk is preferred as the role is focused on Customer Service and Operations processes.
