Role Purpose:

PiC is an independent Recruitment Agency averaging 80 – 100 contractors across the UK and Europe, we have an enormous reach for our size thanks to our longevity in the industry. Due to the continued success and growth in the Life and Pensions area we are looking for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

 You will be working closely with one of our Directors (Joe Marshall) and will be given the scope to build your client and contractor base with no territory restrictions globally or sector wise. You will also be given the opportunity to travel across the globe meeting with clients and contractors alike.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Build and maintain relationships with our current & new contractors 
• Building and nurturing strong commercial relationships with new and existing clients
• Leveraging existing relationships to uncover and win contract business
• Generating new business with existing clients and prospects
• Managing and growing a contract book of placed candidates and a strong network of contract candidates
• Contribute to the current and ongoing success of the Life and Pensions area

Knowledge & Experience:

• Consolidated experience as a 360 recruiter with a demonstrable background in securing new business and managing a contract desk.
• 5+ years in a consultant’s role, interested in business and an eye for the future
• Open to European travel
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Leadership example for junior members of the team
• Strong communicator / Team Player
• Compliant with all Recruitment Regulations & Standards (GDPR)
