Perform BAU TPRM activities:

- Follow up and coordinate the onboarding of new third parties.
- Follow up and coordinate the due diligences activities.
- Perform and coordinate TPRM controls.
- Maintain the TPRM register up to date and ensure the accuracy of data.
- Plan and track the progress of assessments reviews.
- Make dashboards and report TPRM metrics.
- Be a proposition force and drive changes for all TPRM-related topics (new metrics to follow, organization of folders and documents, help other departments with TPRM requirements…)
- Ensure policy and standards requirements are met or make remediation plans and monitor their progress.
- Collaborate with the Group to align the framework with the Group’s while ensuring SA’s compliance with regulations.
- Participate to the definition of remediation plan for TPRM, monitor its progress and collaborate with programme stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Operational Resilience Programme to ensure the correct representation of third-party risk in the broader framework.
- Coordinate with the Group and Post Trade Division to ensure efficient collaboration.
