Test Lead / Test Analyst – Financial Services

An experienced Test Analyst or Test Lead is required by a financial Services organisation to work on small change projects. Ideally, you will have Test Lead experience but we will also consider experienced testers wishing to grow into a Test Lead role.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Generation of comprehensive test plans
• Conducting analysis and producing clear documentation
• Identifying and managing test related issues
• Taking ownership for delivering accurate estimates of time and resources for assigned test phases, including dependencies, risks and assumptions
• Communicating progress against test plans
• Defect Management
• Assessing existing frameworks and tools and making recommendations as to their suitability

Experience you will need:

• Use of test management tools (e.g. Jira or Azure DevOps) for Test Case creation and execution
• ISTQB Foundation level
• Financial Services experience, ideally Life Insurance & Pensions or Wealth Management
