Charles River Team Manager
A highly respected Investment Management company is building out their core Charles River team and is looking for a skilled Charles River Team Manager to lead key initiatives. You will oversee a team of CRD colleagues, vendor resources and external partners to ensure the smooth adoption of CRD upgrades, working closely with both business and technical teams.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in the company’s technology strategy, as the client has made technology a key part of their business vision.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the Charles River team, ensuring effective adoption and integration of CRD upgrades
- Collaborate with both technical and business teams to align strategies and implement solutions
- Manage resources, including internal colleagues and external vendors, to drive CRD-related initiatives
- Provide leadership and guidance on CRD-related projects to ensure timely and successful execution
What You Need
- Proven experience managing or leading a Charles River Development (CRD) team
- Strong technical background with an understanding of CRD systems and upgrades
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including technical and business stakeholders
- Leadership skills and experience managing both internal and external resources
