Business Analyst – Insurance & Investments – Isle of Man
An experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Insurance & Investments is required by a financial services organisation that is growing through acquisition, to work on a variety of projects delivering improvements to processes and systems.
Required experience:
- Ascertain As Is and To Be state
- Running workshops with stakeholders at all levels
- Writing BRDs and defining business cases
- Comfortable with handling and analysing Data
- Supporting for development teams and managing testing
- Working on large migration projects involving complex data
Additionally:
- Excellent people skills to develop and maintain relationships across the business
- Presentation and report-writing skills
- Problem solving
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
