The client faced a critical challenge in expanding their reach beyond Dublin for a large-scale project. A new PM from the company approached us for assistance in building a team to meet the growing demands of the project. At the time, the PM lacked the local reach to source the necessary talent and needed a reliable recruitment partner to deploy a team quickly, ensuring that key roles were filled and that the team would work cohesively across various locations.
