My Client is looking for an experienced Risk Manager to help with their outsourcing partners to align the related contracts with DORA’s requirements and reinforce the oversight of its IT outsourcers.
The main tasks to cover are:
Liaise with IT stakeholders and DORA programme stakeholders to
- Review and update the contractual arrangements and ensure the documents comply with the DORA requirements, in particular the part related to the management of outsourced services,
- Reinforce the Exit Plans with the IT Third parties and demonstrate a well and documented testing of them via the best market practices (e.g., tabletop exercise).
- Perform and formalize the gap analysis between Technology standards and the existing controls, propose action plans when relevant, get it approved from the relevant stakeholders and implemented.
- Coordinate and support stakeholders and outsourcers (Atos, Ltd and BSL) on the delivery of these plans
Deliverables:
- Contracts compliant with DORA,
- Testing of the Exit Plans documented and performed once.
- Gap analysis standards vs controls and remediation plan
- Updated Procedures/process required to be compliant with DORA
Technical / job functional knowledge
- Professional in English
- Strong regulatory experience in IT (ESMA, EBA, DORA)
- Experience operating in a complex fast moving technology organisation that utilises inhouse and external partner resource.
- Good PM skills in planning and stakeholder mobilisation are required
- Reporting capabilities (Excel, Powerpoint)
