Enterprise Test Manager
An experienced senior Test Manager is required by an international Life & Pensions business to look after Functional and Non-Functional Testing.
The immediate need is to review the current capabilities within the Test Team and stand up Non-Functional capability. The organisation is about to kick off a new programme of work and there is a need for plans and templates to be created for the programme, and for the improvement of existing test frameworks.
You will manage a number of teams through Test Leads, and also manage two external Testing partners.
It is highly desirable that you will have Life Insurance and Investments experience. However, as a minimum, you must have considerable Financial Services experience.
This role can be done partly remotely. However, you must be prepared to spend alternate weeks away from home.
