Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Implementation Consultant to join our team. The Implementation Consultant will be responsible for leading and executing the implementation of our software solutions for our clients. The successful candidate will be a key member of our Professional Services team and will work closely with our clients to ensure successful delivery of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute the implementation of our software solutions for clients
• Lead client meetings to gather requirements and provide guidance on best practices
• Work with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of projects on-time and on-budget
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the implementation process
• Communicate project status and progress to clients and internal stakeholders
• Assist in the development and maintenance of implementation documentation and training materials
• Participate in post-implementation reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in software implementation or consulting
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience in the fintech industry is preferred
