Efficient PMO – Finance background – Financial Services Contract Full Time

Our Paris based Financial Service Client has a key role for a very efficient and organised PMO, that can track, progress projects – working on forecasting, invoicing and project management. This is a great opportunity for a long term prospect of working in a high standard organisation, where your contribution will be recognised and appreciated.

The position requires someone autonomous but with the core objective of keeping on top of everything and working with the current processes. There is a lot to learn and cover, so they are keen to get someone efficient and proactive. This wouldn’t be a role creating new change and processes.

The role will involve:
 

• Resolution, communicating project status and concerns to the key business stakeholders.
• Keeping the Project teams / Managers, Business Manager and COOs up to date on all key information and analysis.
• Reporting into the PMO Lead. Producing minutes, project status, flags and market matrix.
• Manage purchase to pay process, requisition to invoice checks.
• Keep track of resource management, headcount and purchase orders. Contributing to well functioning procedures, templates and tools.

Key skills:

• Fluent in French and English, with strong written and verbal communication
• 3 – 7 years of experience, must be a self starter and able to work autonomously once you’ve learnt the process
• Financial service background from Insurance, Banking, Consulting or Investment Management
• Preference for a Finance / Accounting background due to organisation, invoicing and reporting skills.
